Most items (99% of items) on our site ship free as a stand-alone product. Additionally, all orders over $50.00 ship free in the US. In any case, the shipping rate will be given prior to requiring a completed purchase.
Secondly, because we seek out the best products for our customers at the most reasonable price, we source our products from a select group of suppliers. Because of this, shipping times may vary by product. While approximately 90%+ of items should be received within a 3-6 business days, some may exceed 14-28 days for their arrival. It is our intent to alert you on each product page if an item will take beyond the 3-6 day range. As always, you may contact our owner direct should you have any questions or concerns via email or phone.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
